ΔP estimate for a single straight rectangular cooling channel — the kind we machine for HPC cold plates and direct-to-chip thermal interfaces. Use it to size flow rate against pump capacity, or to validate channel cross-section before machining.

Pressure drop
Single straight channel, fully-developed flow. For multiple parallel channels, divide flow by the number of channels and treat one. For serpentine routing, multiply by number of equivalent legs and add bend losses (~1× ΔP per 180° bend).
