Material datasheets.

Per-alloy reference cards covering mechanical and physical properties, applicable AMS/ASTM/MIL specifications, machining parameters, available stock forms, and typical applications. Browser-printable to PDF for leave-behinds and design reviews.

How to use

Datasheet workflow.

  • Click any alloy to open the full datasheet — mechanical, chemical, machining, and finishing data on a single page.
  • Print / Save as PDF from the datasheet page — print stylesheet collapses navigation, fits on US Letter, and includes our contact info as a leave-behind for design reviews.
  • Compare alloys on the materials reference page — a sortable table of tensile, yield, density, machinability, stiffness, and cost across 24 alloys.
  • Cross-reference with calculatorsthermal stack matches the CTE data on these datasheets, tolerance vs cost shows the cost multipliers by tolerance tier.

Mechanical values are typical room-temperature averages from MMPDS-2024, MIL-HDBK-5J, ASM Handbook v.2, and vendor datasheets. For design-critical applications, verify against material certs (MTRs) at the heat/lot level.
