Hard-to-cut alloys
Inconel 718, Hastelloy C-276, Ti-6Al-4V, hardened tool steel — heat doesn't go into the chip the way it does in aluminum. Tools die fast and surface finish suffers without ceramic-insert or wire-EDM strategy.

Titanium, Inconel, hardened tool steel, exotic superalloys — tight-tolerance precision for UAV manufacturers, prime defense contractors, DOD program offices, and NASA flight hardware. The 5-axis, deep-feature, .0001″-class work that runs profitable nowhere else. Inspected on a Hexagon Global S CMM, traced lot-to-operator in ProShop. AS9100 · ISO 9001 · ITAR-registered · DFARS · CMMC-compliant.
Your manufacturing partner
We’re a contract manufacturer that lives at the difficult end of CNC. Titanium, Inconel, hardened tool steel, exotic superalloys. Five-axis simultaneous machining, sharp inside corners that need wire EDM, 0.0001″ tolerance class. Long-cycle, low-yield, high-skill work — the kind of part that gets re-quoted by half a dozen shops before it lands here.
We build to your drawings, not redesign them. But before a chip gets cut, we walk every print for manufacturability and flag anything that could save cost, cut lead time, or improve yield — included with every quote. Programming, machining, and quality run under one roof, same operators, same Hexagon CMM signing off final inspection.

We build to your print — but read it for manufacturability first. Cost-driving features, over-toleranced calls, and risky geometries get flagged back to you before quote, free.
Learn more →Synergistic partnerships with our customers, plus an experienced staff and state-of-the-art CNC technology — translating into timely delivery, increased quality, and overall reduced costs.
Learn more →Quality goes beyond inspection. We build it into every manufacturing process, not just measure parts at the end.
Learn more →What “difficult” means here
Most CNC shops avoid five specific characteristics — alone they’re manageable, in combination they kill yields and margins. Every one of them is a normal Tuesday on our floor.
Inconel 718, Hastelloy C-276, Ti-6Al-4V, hardened tool steel — heat doesn't go into the chip the way it does in aluminum. Tools die fast and surface finish suffers without ceramic-insert or wire-EDM strategy.
Glass-scale machines, in-process probing, thermal stabilization, and Hexagon CMM verification. Most shops top out at 0.0005″ and call it precision.
Trunnion or B-axis turn-mill geometry that requires Vericut simulation, post-processor tuning, and operators who can read 5-axis programs and recover from a tool-path mistake before scrap.
Wall ratios over 100:1, deep pockets in stainless, fixturing that doesn't deflect the part. Wire EDM and 5-axis trunnion both come into play.
Aerospace and defense work runs 1–500 pieces per release with full AS9102 documentation. Volume shops can't run profitably; we're built for it.
Equipment
Multi-axis CNC turning and milling, Swiss-type machining, wire EDM, robotics-tended cells, and a Hexagon Global S CMM for inspection — operated by craftsmen with decades of experience.
