Capabilities
From DFM review to delivery — under one roof.
We're a contract manufacturer — we build to your drawings, not redesign your part. Before a chip is cut, we walk every print for manufacturability and call out anything that could save cost, cut lead time, or improve yield. Programming, manufacturing, assembly, and quality follow under the same roof.
“Many of our customers use titanium in their products. We’ve become industry experts in machining titanium and other high-performance metals.”Todd Ackert · President, True Precision Machining
01 · Production
Production & Contract Machining
Low to high volume production runs. State-of-the-art equipment, optimized cycle times, and lights-out manufacturing — efficient production without compromise.
We hold multiple long-term agreements (LTAs) with consistent pricing and delivery, and offer safety stock to handle demand fluctuation.

02 · Prototype
Prototype Manufacturing
Modern multi-axis CNC equipment lets our technicians turn around prototype parts quickly — reducing time from inception to market.
We collaborate to turn prototypes into full-scale products by ensuring CAD models reflect the print and recommending DFM improvements for difficult-to-machine or over-toleranced features.
03 · Turnkey
Assembly & Turnkey Manufacturing
Many customers don’t want to buy individual parts — they want a finished assembly. Our turnkey solution covers the full chain.
- Manage your process requirements
- Analyze your design and specifications (DFM)
- Manufacture all needed parts
- Coordinate with your or our vendors
- Assemble the product
- Test and document each assembly per your specifications
04 · Design for Manufacturing
Catch problems before the first chip.
DFM (Design for Manufacturability) focuses on the reproducibility and manufacturing process of a product. Material type, dimensional tolerances, and secondary processing all affect cost and manufacturability — and our years of expertise help our customers optimize designs to save time and money.
As part of the DFM process, we analyze:
- Material Type
- What materials offer the best machinability vs. cost for your application.
- Material Form
- The size and shape of the component may determine which form of stock to use.
- Dimensional Tolerances
- Don't pay for precision where you may not need it. We analyze geometric tolerances feature by feature.
- Design & Shape
- Machining is subtractive — material volume, shape, and feed rate dictate cost.
05 · Inventory Management
Lean, Kanban, JIT.
Production is conducted using lean manufacturing practices. We partner with our customers to size capacity to actual demand, and we have years of experience working with Kanban and Just-In-Time methodologies.
06 · Quality Control
Beyond inspection.
Our dedication to quality goes beyond just inspection. We build quality into each manufacturing process — not just measure parts at the end.
- Statistical process control
- First-article inspection
- Process control sheets
- Manual and automated CMM inspection — even surfaces & profiles
07 · Software
Powered by ProShop ERP.
Our shop runs on ProShop ERP/MES — a paperless, AS9100-aligned system that ties quoting, scheduling, work instructions, quality records, and traceability into one place. Every part has a digital travel record from raw material through final inspection.
On the manufacturing side we run ESPRIT (Hexagon's CAM platform) for toolpath generation — including simultaneous 5-axis programs for impellers, airfoils, and conformal-cooling geometry. Every NC program is then verified in Vericut for collision detection, machine simulation, and tool/holder clearance — eliminating manual proveouts, cutting scrap and rework, and producing higher-quality surface finishes on the first cut.
- ·ERP / MES — ProShop
- ·CAM — ESPRIT (Hexagon)
- ·NC simulation — Vericut
- ·CAD — multi-package
- ·Paperless travelers
- ·Digital quality records
- ·Full lot traceability
- ·AS9102 FAI workflow
ESPRIT — simultaneous 5-axis CAM
VERICUT — collision detection & machine simulation
