Why drill this

GD&T fluency is cheaper than a scrapped part.

A feature control frame is a sentence, and misreading one word changes the meaning: confuse circular runout with total runout and a passing journal fails at assembly; miss an Ⓜ modifier and you give away bonus tolerance the designer meant you to have — or claim bonus that isn't there.
